The potato resting unit is generally used together with fryers, and the fried potatoes are kept warm by means of a porcelain infrared heater.

 It also ensures that the excess oil remaining on the fried potatoes is filtered into the chamber.

The porcelain infrared heater placed at the back of the device increases the waiting time.

Thanks to the perforated oval plate inside the device, the potatoes are collected in the center and can be removed easily.
